When you are stressed in balancing between work and love find gratitude

Your life is busier than ever. You multitask at work, at home and between so many different projects. When you feel that your energy is getting down, unpack your biggest source of strength: gratitude. Let‘s practice a short gratitude session together. It takes a minute a day. Repeat after me:

  1. A positive start into a new day: I am grateful for the morning sunshine and for another wonderful day in our beautiful world.
  2. Grounding and connecting with nature: I am grateful for the air I am breathing.
  3. Appreciation of having a home: I am grateful for my home and how safe I feel in it.
  4. Health and body positivity: I am grateful for my health, my body and I love it the way it is.
  5. Social resources: I am grateful for my family, friends and love ones. 
  6. Self-Acceptance & Self-Love: I am grateful for the person I am and I love myself the way I am.
  7. Acceptance of what you do: I am grateful for my job and I love what I do.
  8. Finding love in everything around you, not limited to romantic love: I am grateful for all the love in my life.
  9. Realization of the gift to live: I am grateful to my parents for bringing me to life and I appreciate being alive.
  10. Happiness and life happen in the present: I am grateful for being here and now and for living a great life.
